Shipping offers shipping to the United States, Canada, and many international destinations. Shipping charges are based on order value.


Shipping Policies

  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 1pm Pacific usually ship the same business day.
  • Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at
  • customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
  • Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. However, we do send partial shipments to help get your available-in stock merchandise to you as soon as possible. Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate boxes, with no additional shipping charges.

Stock Availability

Our inventory is on a first order first shipped basis. We cannot hold items for orders that are not placed. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. In rare cases if your order is not shipped complete our customer service staff will contact you and let you know what item was not shipped. Please note, items with low stock are not guaranteed shipment due to stock availability. We will reach out to you if we are unable to fulfill the order.

Shipping Exceptions

Alaska & Hawaii

Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped USPS and shipping rates need to be quoted.

APO, FPO, and other military addresses

Shipped USPS only. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery when using USPS. Additional shipping fees apply to orders shipped to these destinations.

Weekend / Holiday Delivery

Not available. All orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday only.


Damaged Goods


If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

Backorders does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
